The Khula Natural Health Centre (KNHC) was established in April 2017 and is registered as a non profit, public benefit organisation in South Africa. Founded by the Khula Foundation in Switzerland, KNHC is committed to the promotion and improvement of primary health care in rural communities of Southern Africa.
